There are several ways to collect your goods after a purchase. Choose the one that suits you best, or shop for over CZK 2000 and your delivery is free.
Personal collection - FREE
If you prefer dealing in person, we will be glad to welcome you at our branch at Lucemburská 2434/17, Praha 3, 130 00 (5 min from metro A - Jiřího z Poděbrad).
Czech Post – within 24 hours – up to 1 kg – Registered parcel - CZK 39
We send NFC tags and smaller consignments in an envelope as a registered parcel. By this method we send consignments up to a weight of 1 kg and dimensions of 50 x 35 x 5 cm. Czech Post will deliver your consignment within 24 hours throughout the Czech Republic.
Zásilkovna - up to 5 kg - personal collection - CZK 55
Collect your consignment at your leisure at one of more than 290 pick-up points across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Delivery to a Zásilkovna pick-up point usually takes two to three days from dispatch. The goods can be ordered cash on delivery, or paid for in advance.
PPL courier company – within 24 hours throughout the Czech Republic - CZK 80
The PPL transport company usually delivers goods within 24 hours throughout the Czech Republic. Your goods will be dispatched on the next working day after the order is confirmed. The confirmation will reach you by e-mail as soon as all items from your order are in stock.
Goods are delivered on working days 9:00 - 18:00; precise selection of the delivery hour is unfortunately not possible. However, PPL does offer at least an approximate delivery schedule. If you are not reached by the courier, you will receive a note in your mailbox with the next delivery attempt.
DELIVERY TO SLOVAKIA
Personal collection at a Uloženka pick-up point - CZK 33
We will send the goods to the specialised Uloženka pick-up point in Bratislava, at Chorvátska 1. The opening hours for personal collection are every working day from 11:00 - 19:00. The main advantage is the option of cash on delivery, i.e. paying for the goods only when collecting them in person at Uloženka. The consignment is ready for collection within 2 working days.
Zásilkovna - up to 5 kg - personal collection - CZK 78
Collect your consignment at your leisure at one of more than 290 pick-up points across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Delivery to a Zásilkovna pick-up point usually takes two to three days from dispatch.
Czech / Slovak Post - Registered parcel - up to 50 grams - CZK 69
To Slovakia we most often send by registered parcel (an envelope with NFC tags) - this is sufficient for quantities of NFC tags up to 50 pieces, and NFC wristbands and key fobs in single-digit quantities. To send larger consignments we recommend using PPL/DHL transport.
PPL/DHL courier company - CZK 180
The most reliable form of delivery to Slovakia is via the PPL courier (in Slovakia, DHL delivers on behalf of PPL). Delivery of the goods within 48 hours of dispatch is guaranteed. We dispatch the same day if the order is placed in the morning, otherwise on the next working day. This form of delivery is suitable for bulkier and more expensive consignments.

Cash on delivery + CZK 30 to the postage cost
You pay for the goods on collection at the post office, from the courier or at the Uloženka pick-up point.
Payment by bank transfer
Payment by card on-line - FREE
This is payment in advance. After you submit the order, payment instructions will be sent to your e-mail address. Given the nature of bank transfers, crediting can take 1 to 3 working days, and longer in the case of a payment from abroad. The goods are dispatched only after the payment is received in our account.
