Our company offers quality and at the same time competitively priced services in the field of producing plastic and paper smart cards.
Types of cards
Our main specialisation is contactless NFC chip cards working on the frequency of 13.56 MHz and complying with the ISO 18092 standard (NFC standard). We also commonly produce cards with RFID chips of the Mifare, EM Marine type and the like, likewise with contact chips, but also ordinary plastic cards without chip elements. We can produce all cards also with protective and identification elements, with a barcode, with a magnetic stripe (LoCo/HiCo), with a QR code, with a hologram, embossed cards and more.
Encoding and personalisation of cards
Besides the production of the cards themselves, we also offer their personalisation, i.e. providing the cards with unique data. Personalisation of cards is commonly carried out by printing – e.g. name, unique ID number, or a QR code or barcode. Another option is personalisation at the level of the card's chip or the magnetic stripe, where unique data for each card is encoded into the card. We just need this data supplied in an ordinary excel table.
We recommend cards with an NFC chip
At NFCmix.com we believe that there is nothing more modern, durable, secure, reliable and at the same time more forward-looking than contactless cards fitted with an NFC chip. Not only can all sorts of things be uploaded onto an NFC card, and until its content is locked it can also be rewritten endlessly. But, unlike other protective elements, NFC (and RFID) cards are not subject to mechanical wear. A good characteristic is also the fact that the chip is placed inside the card and not on its surface, so it in no way disrupts the design of the card.
Graphic materials
We can produce cards in almost any graphic version, but it is important that the materials are supplied to us in the appropriate format.
Ideally prepared materials are those that are supplied in electronic form and were created using curves (vectors). A suitable resolution for bitmap graphics is 300DPI. We need the graphics with crop marks indicated and bleed added.
On request we will send you a pdf document with the precise specifications for supplying graphic materials.
Production quantity and delivery time
We produce cards in quantities of 100 pcs+, where the price per piece decreases as the total number of cards in the order increases. In other words – having 100 pcs of cards produced is not as worthwhile as having, say, 500 pcs of them produced. This factor of inverse proportion is unfortunately not something that can be influenced; it depends on the production technique, where we print our cards by offset. The ideal price-performance ratio is therefore from approx. 500 pcs.
The usual delivery time is approx. 3 weeks.
The process of ordering card production
1. Send us an enquiry, try to specify the order as best you can, and if any information is missing, we will of course sort it out with you.
2. After clarifying all the elements of the order, we will send you within 24 hours a precise quotation, the delivery time and instructions for supplying graphic materials.
3. As soon as you confirm our offer, we will promptly send you a proforma invoice for part of the order price (the proportional part depends on the total value of the order).
4. After the graphic materials are supplied, we will check whether they are supplied correctly, and if not, we will promptly write to you about what needs to be changed. After the correct materials are supplied, we will send you within 24 hours a processed graphic preview and the final order specification for approval.
5. After the specification and preview are approved and the deposit is paid, production begins, and with it the delivery time to which we have committed.
6. The cards are delivered to you by a transport company together with an invoice payable by transfer for the remainder of the order price.
